40 Bends have been involved in the Blue Mountains, Sydney & Central West NSW music scene's for nearly 2 Decades, bringing hard hitting tunes to all the lovely folks no-one else would. Over these years the music has changed along with the members, making an almost urban legend out of '40'. No-one ever see's them anymore, they're only heard through tin-shed walls. if you saw them, you wouldn't know it, due to their mysterious members who silently seem to creep into the band without being noticed while their former members dissapear, only to be seen at the pub, acting like a regular member of the local. With current members of the Original line up, as well as, Pilot, A Second To Surface and Convicts. 40 bends is not an act to miss if you like hard-hitting beats, mental guitars, angelic & screaming vocals with a hint of a bassist who has no idea what he's doing. They've been MIA for years - would you really miss them when they come back guns blazing?
