Judy is the first single from Australian songwriter and producer 88 Ravens. It features the vocals of Trenton. Who is Judy? He swears he saw her once; you know the guy. He stood there for hours watching the television screen scream static, believing she’d return if only to say goodbye. I don’t know what he saw but I know how he felt. His eyes were glazed, and he smiled like maybe she was wonderful. I’m sure she is, but not in a way that can be placed under a thumb or moulded into clay. She isn’t like that, she manages to escape it. There’s a chance you’ve seen her too without knowing. No, maybe you haven’t seen her, maybe you’ve just been around her. Ever heard a twig break behind you but saw no rat or friend who could have broken it? Seen a dash of movement in a mirror but felt no presence? Ever felt a hand against your back in a crowd only to find there was no one behind you? That would be her, that would be Judy
