Employing acoustic bases with a melodic backline, dynamic drumming and lead lines ranging from atmospheric to blistering, ‘a grand dynamic’ creates tactile compositions. 'a grand dynamic' formed in 2004, however the foundations of the band were set in 1998 when Aaron, Heath & Jim started university in the township of Ballarat, Victoria. Through mutual acquaintances, the trio soon found themselves close friends and creating music together.
