A Sight in Veracity is a two-piece metal band from Western Australia, consisting of Bob McGonnell and Davin Tranter. Over the years, the band’s broad discography has taken influence from a vast array of unlikely genres such as indie rock, vapor wave and shoegaze. This is also reflected in the artist collaborations the band has partaken in. Their impulsively heavy single, ‘The Details of Life’ brings together crushing metal guitars and blast beats with the contrasting melodic, graceful works of solo violinist ‘Atonalita’. A Sight in Veracity have been making a mark in the metal sector through their extended radio play and online presence. In 2023 they listed #1 on TheBlast.FM Implosion charts with lead single ‘Warp’. Their music is additionally released by record label ‘The Charon Collective’, of which they have gained a large amount of exposure through public relations, marketing and CD’s.
