Hailing from the Gold Coast this energetic four piece have been destroying stages around the Coast and in Brisbane. Having only officially formed in March of 2005 the band has caused a stir on the local scene. With Repeat Offender's singer Ryan Wilson being part of Aver's starting off, we have earned the attention from fellow local acts as well as those in the music industry. After a short intermission through mid 2006, Aver is now back in the music scene with new vocalist Tim Sedgwick, crafting pop music so evil that even head bangers will want to dance. A sound not only made up of rock but also pop and post hardcore elements.
