After an almost three year gestation, Canberra locals Acacia Suitcase are proud to announce the arrival of their debut EP. Recorded in a series of suburban and semi-rural home studios and mastered in Nashville, Tennessee, the self-titled EP captures the band's take on melodic folk-rock. Since debuting on the Canberra music scene in mid-2011, Acacia Suitcase have been gently honing their songwriting and stage-craft, gigging where ever people will have them. Content to juggle music with sensible day jobs, Acacia Suitcase tell stories of redemption and escapism, set amongst catchy rhythms and soaring violins.
