ACEKAYS is the project of 23-year-old Ipswich artist, Kaysei Galea, and was conceptualised after she experienced a myriad of out-of-this-world realisations at the hand of live music performances and festivals. The soul-stirring moments and unwavering unity that music evokes is something she longs to recreate with her use of full-sounding synths, mesmerising harmonies and earworm melodies, always keeping in sight the end goal of moving her audience both physically and emotionally. For ingenuity and inspiration, she looks to well-established pop-queens such as Billie Eilish and Maggie Rogers, but also holds firm in the importance of building her own unique sound.
