Adelaide Hills based pair, Aaron Parr and Oscar Ladd, are the architects behind the hip-hop vibe of Acidic Oxygen. Parr and Ladd have been exploring and creating music in their bedrooms for the past couple of years and have recently formed the producer/vocalist duo. AO’s music focusses on the roots of hip-hop through sample-based production and lyrics that are reminiscent of the 90s era. Artists Mos Def, J Dilla and duo Outkast are among the most influential for Acidic Oxygen. Recently, they have concentrated on recording new material and are looking to bring new music out in the near future.
