Adverse Effect
Bio history
Blayde and Genesis formed Adverse Effect back in late '06, from the idea of recording some music during the school summer holidays. At the age of 16 the duo recorded their first song "Ain't Gonna Stop". Adverse Effect has since started working on the upcoming mixtape "State of Adversity" which is due to be finished by early '09. The also group performed their song "Rip It", a collaboration with American rapper Hard Target, at a charity concert at the end of '07. Having being influenced by a wide ranges of artists there is a great diversity in the groups music, and by having found a great appreciation for underground and alternative hip hop, this is reflected in their sound. Having collaborated with a number of different artists and producers Adverse Effect have worked to created a new sound, one that is distinctly Aussie, but is also distinctly unique.
