Aislinn Grant is a singer/songwriter out of Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Born and raised in the small town of Okotoks just south of Calgary, Grant was first introduced to performing music in Grade 6 as part of the school band playing flute. Always a hobbie and not so much of a career path, it wasn't until University that she taught herself guitar. Vocals came to Aislinn as she was delivering pizza in high school and had but one CD- the soulful Alicia Keys. It was in those fateful days as a University Student, however, that she realized her passion for this craft. After one open mic, with friends and family front row, Aislinn booked her first gig. She soon integrated herself into different musical collaborations such as the "Thank Magnets", a Calgary-based band comprising of bassist Tammy Amstutz and singer/songwriter Jasmin Frederickson. She has played at such notable events as The Sled Island Festival 2009+2010, Vulcan Festival 2009+2010, the Ronald Mcdonald Fundraiser 2010, and the
