With their first release of 2023, Sydney hip-hop duo AL and the Pigeon are back with a hard hitting, beat slapping, lyrical whirlwind of a record "HouseKeeping". With an accompanying music video filmed by local content creator and filmmaker sensation Blake J Staff, “HouseKeeping” is nothing short of a creative buffet for listeners and viewers alike. Touching on themes of isolation, despair and depression, the record whilst containing dark themes, strikes a good balance with its playful analogies and metaphors scattered throughout.
