As Al’York we’re four people who love to play and make music. We’re a band from Ankara, Turkey(but one of our members is from Australia) and we came together during the summer of 2015. We had a pretty busy year playing gigs and recording music. The four members of the band all come from different backgrounds and this has shaped the style of our band. After our first concert we played a lot of gigs around Turkey and with a lot of bands. Some of the bands we have played with include The Away Days, The Ringo Jets and No Land. We gave concerts around Ankara, Eskişehir and İstanbul in venues like Noxus, Peyote, Karga or places like the Amphitheater of Architecture in METU. During all the concerts we managed to record our Debut EP and released it on all digital formats but also as a CD. The EP is a collection of four songs that have evolved over playing gigs and countless number of rehearsals but there also a collection of songs that signify a place in time for us. What we found out over
