"Indiepop with an electro quirk." - Alfitude Alex is an electronic indie pop singer, songwriter and producer from Perth, Australia. A classically trained pianist (at least, until his teacher refused to let him learn "A Thousand Miles" by Vanessa Carlton on the grounds it was too "repetitive"), Alex released his debut EP 'Play Dead' in 2013. In late 2014, his track 'Technicolour' was a finalist in the Melbourne Music Bank. Since returning to Perth, Alex has released his second EP 'Thirsty Bird'; a collection of indie pop tracks inspired by terrible Tinder dates, social anxiety, homophobia and relationships on the brink.
