You’ll say it’s uncool to your friends, then catch yourself humming it in the shower. Ex-punk Alex Moses returns with single ‘Dying Young,’ an infectious and joyous middle finger to the glorification of the 27 club and an ironic title for a pop song reminiscent of the songs blasted your high-school dance in 2010. Alumni of punk act Columbus, Alex is not selling-out, but buying-in to his unwavering addiction to sweet melodies, pop anthem production and coffee-stained optimism. Brimming with happy sauce and Neil Young misquotes, ‘Dying Young’ is the soundtrack for your own feel-good movie. Alex Moses is a songwriter and producer based in Melbourne, Australia. As a solo artist, Moses has toured with William Ryan Key (Yellowcard), John Floreani (Trophy Eyes) and performed at Unify and New Years on the Hill Festivals. Starting his musical journey as vocalist/guitarist in east-coast punk-trio Columbus, Alex's solo work takes a different direction. alexmosesmusic@gmail.com
