Alexander Black is an exciting artist from Adelaide who creatively combines pop production and singer-songwriter craft to produce energetic music with meaningful messaging. Inspired by the likes of The 1975, Troye Sivan, MUNA, The Japanese House, and singer-songwriters like Phoebe Bridgers, Father John Misty and Bob Dylan – Alexander hopes to inspire emotional growth and understanding through his music. Alexander writes music that speaks to his younger self, providing guidance and promoting confidence in finding your unique self, that he hopes will resonate with audiences and subvert pre-conceived heteronormative ideas about queer narratives and queerness in our society through music.
