Alexander Hamilton writes songs, sings them, and accompanies himself on a 1940s arch-top acoustic guitar. Growing up around folk music Alexander learned and lived melodies, rhythms, and harmonies. Now self producing songs in his backyard studio Hamilton brings a jazz and blues education to his folk sensibilities to create what he hopes is a unique take on the classic Australian songwriting sound. Hamilton is joined by friend, co-producer, and renowned Melbourne drummer Joshua Barber to add a solidity to the back-line of his recordings. Alexander Hamilton simply hopes you listen to and enjoy his songs.
