Alexey Ilyukevich is a Sydney, Australia-based musician and composer known for his instrumental music and singles that blend Rock, Latin, and Easy Listening genres. Originally from Almaty, Kazakhstan, he is known for his music with catchy melodies, irresistible rhythms, designed for easy listening and dancing. In Almaty, Alexey completed music school, majoring in piano accordion, and later graduated with a Diploma, majoring in brass and percussion instruments, at the P.I Tchaikovsky college of music. In Sydney, he recently completed the Diploma of Music (Creation and Composition) at NSW TAFE. As a musician, Alexey worked in various bands and orchestras. He participated in many musical events, including Jazz festivals, Pop and Rock concerts, and tours, playing bass guitar, tuba and accordion. Before migrating to Australia, he worked as a full-time musician, playing bass guitar at the Kazakhstan Radio and Television orchestra, supporting live performances, recording sessions, and touring. He migrated to Australia in 1994 under an Independent Skilled Migration program. Alexey is an independent artist who releases his music on various streaming platforms, including Apple Music, SoundCloud, Amazon and Spotify. His music often features vibrant instrumentation, including electric and acoustic guitars, brass, strings, and cinematic effects. He releases both original compositions and remixes of his own work, with the new singles frequently appearing on music platforms. Alexey has released numerous singles, including several in 2024 and 2025.
