Alma Blå is a songbird who hatched in Northern New South Wales and later settled in the cooler climates of Melbourne. Alma is an independent artist who has paved her own musical path. After being given a guitar at 14, Alma had pen to paper and writing her own songs. The early days saw her perform around Melbourne with her guitar and a songbook in tow. Restless by nature, she traveled to Spain and decided to live and breathe a new world of music and energy. Connecting with other musicians, and involving herself in local jams and shows opened her eyes to a higher frequency of music making during her time in Spain combing her bluesy sound into beats. ​ The northern lights called, and it was up to Sweden where she began a project with producer Alex Adiels and emcee F.Coin called Stamped Sounds. Stamped Sounds was a musical experiment, that was recorded in the wardrobe of a Stockholm apartment. Stamped Sounds became well received for a hybrid, independent release, which landed airplay
