Melding a modern miasma of pop-production with an acoustic indie-folk playfulness, Amber Farnan captivates audiences with her clever song writing and subliminal new sound. Think ‘Mallrat’s’ bright danceability meets ‘Missy Higgins’ softness to create an inspired self-assuredness. Her High Powered Vocals and universal song-writing style has scored her a Queensland Music Award for her song ‘Over & Out” in 2021. She has toured national music festivals and shared the stage with ‘The Jezabels’, ‘Jaguar Jonze’, ‘Tia Gostelow’, ‘Jem Cassar-Daley’, ‘Beddy Rays’ and ‘Teen Jesus and the Jean Teases’. Amber has performed her original music with the ‘Queensland Symphony Orchestra’ and has worked with renowned acts: John Foreman, Jack River, Donna Dyson and Tyrone Noonan.
