Ameliah Brown formed in the late stages of 2010, but had difficulty with line-up changes. Settling on a solid lineup for the first half of 2011, began to play shows in the local scene. In August of 2011, the lineup changed once again, but hopefully will remain solid for the foreseeable future. Quickly building a strong and loyal local following, Ameliah has been lucky enough to support an ever growing list of talented Australian bands such as : Elysian, Aeon of Horus, As Silence Breaks, Synthetic Breed and Past is Practice. They are aiming towards a first east-coast Australian tour and an EP recording in early 2012. With a full setlist comprised of original material, and an energetic and entertaining live show, this is one band that is worth checking out.
