Like recovering old, family photos from a corrupted, hard drive, An Heirloom melds warm nostalgia with layers of glitch electronica. Amidst the hazy synths, shimmering melodies and dreamy, indie pop vocals, beats disintegrate, clip and stutter. The indie electronica produced by Remy Boccalatte (ex-Hungry Kids of Hungary, Paper and the Plane, WE SET SAIL) and Andrew Foley (Grids/Units/Planes) evokes artists like Dntel, Tycho, Baths, Postal Service, early M83 and Son Lux.
