ANAHATA: The sound that is made without two objects striking....... It is also the name of a kick ass hard rock band from Newcastle. Formed in august 2002, The band has undergone many changes to bring them to where they are today- with the band losing guitar player chad in 04, then performing as a trio under the guise of sound brothel. After going through a number of guitarists and finding none of them suited, chad rejoined the band in September 2005, And the band AnaHatA was born. AnaHatA are set to take the Australian rock scene by storm! Inspired by the likes of Metallica, Incubus, Sprung Monkey and the Screaming Jets, AnaHatA bring together smooth rock vocals, razor edge guitar, urbane bass and killer driving beats that makes this band a force to be reckoned with!
