My name is Andy Mahony, I am 18 years old. I live in a small country town in Victoria, Australia. I am a passionate singer/songwriter! When I was about 3 years old, Santa got me a little 6 string guitar and I used to sit up in my room and just strum. When I was 4, Dad took me into a music store that had music lessons posted on the door and asked if they'd give me lessons. I have never put it down since. The Guitar, Banjo, Bass Guitar and mandolin are the instruments I can play. My brother, Matt, performs with me. Matt is 16 years old. He's been performing with me since he was 7 years old. Matt plays the bass guitar and does the backing vocals. A few of years ago Matt and I were on the television show “Australia’s Got Talent” and were successful enough to get through to the Semi Finals, which is the top 40. We didn’t get quite enough rural votes to go into the Grand Final, but the experience was fantastic and something we will never forget. I have performed at many music festivals,
