Anna Weatherup has always been an artist unafraid to chart her own course. Emerging on the national stage through The Voice Australia, Anna quickly became known for her evocative voice, one that can both stop traffic and capture the most delicate emotions. Her previous album, Crossing the Sea, was celebrated as a heartfelt collection crafted over several years, drawing listeners into a world both deeply personal and universally resonant. With her upcoming release, Delusional, Anna Weatherup unveils her most adventurous work to date, a collection that bridges the past and present. Some songs were first penned in the wake of her journey on The Voice in 2012, while others are inspired by more recent chapters of her life. The result is a deeply authentic record, where Anna’s signature Anna’s journey has been one of continual evolution. After her time on The Voice, she dedicated herself to creating music that is true to her vision, refusing to chase fleeting trends or superficial acclaim.
