Edit history

Anne-Lise Larsen is a singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist recognised for her underground accomplishments, including 'Cold Cold City' and 'The Weather'. In the 2000s, she formed a musical partnership with a bassist from a legendary Australian group, but creative differences led to its demise. Anne-Lise then pursued solo projects, fronting the jazzy ensemble Machiniso and the guitar-vocal jazz duo 'LL'. Following her move to the country in 2022, Anne-Lise revived her music career, adopting a new Moog Synthesiser and a dance-oriented sound. Her recent releases include the We Could Be So Happy EP in January and the Goodbye single in May 2024. The forthcoming extended single, Don’t Get Too Close To The Fire (Burn Burn Burn), featuring an instrumental version and bonus track, is set for release on all streaming platforms on August 30.
