Anroda began in late 2005 when Rob & Dames decided to keep the metal in their blood flowing & start a new band after their previous project ended. Anthony was introduced to them soon after & the song writing began instantly. In 2006 Luke was recruited on vocals and the band entered the studio. Anroda's debut EP "Diminished Capacity" has been recorded & is in the final stages for a release in early 2007
