ANT ENOCH writes anthems for crying on the dance floor. His intimate debut arrives like a tonic, laced with vintage Japanese drum machines, deeply personal lyrics, and an ambience of piano, synthesisers and violin.   Enoch’s sound weaves his nostalgic love for melancholic dance ballads lead by 80s icons like Simply Red & Phil Collins, with the sonic & artistic kinship of his contemporaries - Rhye, Fred Again & Nick Hakim - and his own fresh, nascent energy. Fevering from this isolation, the recordings were finished in Berlin, Germany through the European Autumn with Brazilian producer Julia Borelli (RÜFÜS DU SOL, Hayden James, Monolink) and a tight-knit community of female and non-binary collaborators and friends. Now chasing the summers between hemispheres, Ant Enoch took to the stage this September for his debut headline shows in Berlin and Munich, performing ‘Television’ for the first time, and previewing his unreleased music and endearing stage presence to an enthralled international audience.
