Edit history

Anu Sava is an Australian born artist currently living in Nashville, TN. She is pretty new to the singer/songwriter thing and launching to sink or swim. Previously, she paid her dues in the underground rock/punk scene in the land down under (Australia). Most of her time was spent in the band Girl With Cake. Anu Sava's music consists of live instruments combined with synthesized ones, beats and various other sound samples. Anu's music has a relaxed and reflective feel to it with powerful emotional qualities and well-crafted lyrics. Anu is similar to bands and artists such as Bat for Lashes, Cat Power and MS MR. Anu released "BURIED" in 2013. She also released a DIY EP on bandcamp in 2014 'Lickety-Split' as her interpretation of a stab at country music. Anu Sava is currently working on an album as part of the 2015 RPM Challenge entitled 'The Loop'. This album should be available some time in 2015.
