www.arijacob.com I've always been searching for something bigger than myself. Art has always been my way of documenting and processing that search, deconstructing and elucidating my research. I use my piano and my voice to try and express the deep waters in which I swim. I use my words to try and conjure a feeling that is totally non verbal. I'm fascinated by the rupture of rhythm, the puncture of melody, the spark of intonation. Love always beats fear, but guilt sometimes beats love. I'm working on it (I'm Jewish after all).
