Armpit Stench formed in 2008 when 3 queer bears got together to make songs for the bear subculture. They are Australia's first bear band and haved performed at Adelaide bear festival Bearstock every year 2008-2010. Fronted by acclaimed Adelaide folk punk performer Eric Kuhlmann (aka Stout Bear), with guitars by Robin Hatherall (aka Honey Bear) and keyboards by Matt Hanks (aka Ginger Bear)..
