Ascella, the project of Sydney based producer Jacob Smith, is a musical project full of lush synthy sounds inspired by retro funk and 80s synth music with added modern touches. Since his first free release with the Hermitude - Ukiyo remix competition, Jacob has built a small following around his lush synthy sounds with his latest collaboration "What A Waste" with the brother sister duo Niterunner gathering plenty of interest. Jacob has more songs planned for release late 2016/early 2017, so keep an eye out!
