When you come to an Ash Perrow show you open a gateway to your heart.   His captivating performances draw you in and before you know it something in you has changed. The experience is not just seeing a consummate singer songwriter share his music, it’s an engaging, deeply moving and fun artistic experience with depth, creativity and insight.   Ash has been bringing his weissenborn and acoustic blues-tinged folk to audiences since 2006 having done over 1000 performances solo and with ‘The Lamplights’ (2009-2013) and ‘The Brothers Calling’ (2017 – present).   He walked away from live music in 2013 and then, after a near death experience late in 2016 , returned to performing in 2017 with a greater understanding of his own mortality and the importance of sharing his musical gifts.    There are very few slide players in Australia who have achieved the level of intimacy Ash has developed with his weissenborn guitar.
