A trio of teenage shits known as Bede Ivett, Tristan Cheles and Marx Saunders from the North Coast of New South Wales formed The Atomic Monkey Chunks in the early 90s. With a fuck load of teen angst, and their faces buried in bands like Nirvana, Guns and Roses and Metallica , it wasn't long before they forged a distinctive sound for themselves. After dominating local battle of the bands competitions with their original music, the Atomic Monkey Chunks went on to support bands like Powderfinger, and Grinspoon, smashing massive crowds with their crushing tunes. Now, with their new line up featuring CJ Woolbank on the bass and vocals, the Monkey Chunks are back and crackin' by popular demand and coming to level your town.
