AUDIOCORPS / David Shaw Biography UK born David soon showed a passion for Electronic Music very early on listening to 80’s/90’s Depeche Mode, Erasure, JMJ and Kraftwerk. His clubbing days started out early watching the likes of Humphries, Healey and Whitehead and soon found his love for the styles of BT, Tenaglia, Digweed and Seaman. His productions under his own branded Darkdrum Recordings started in 2001 but when David was DJing in Turn mills in London and the Sanctuary in Birmingham, he decided to hang up the Needles (for now) and concentrate on the production side of things. For the next couple of years he built up “Darkdrum Studio’s” and taught himself Cubase, Logic and Reason and soon put together his own catalogue of prog/trance and tech house sounds.
