Queer, Australian singer-songwriter Austyn Jane blends indie-pop with honest storytelling and emotional depth. Her music is calming, nostalgic, and mature beyond her years—drawing inspiration from Taylor Swift and Phoebe Bridgers. With heartfelt lyrics and an authentic presence, she creates a safe space for listeners to feel seen. Her debut EP it’s a bit like that, isn’t it (2021) was met with support from both industry and audiences alike. Since then, Austyn has continued to evolve, bringing her songs to life on stages across Victoria throughout 2024 and connecting with a growing community of listeners. She is currently working on a new EP alongside Benjamin Stewart of Slowly Slowly, further developing her sound and voice as an artist. With each project, Austyn Jane continues to carve out her place in the Australian music landscape—intimate, honest, and entirely her own.
