Avenyou, like most indie artists, is living in limbo — the place before breakthrough. Creating music from a studio known as Creepyville, a place moulded by betrayal, heartbreak, and persistence, he’s building his catalogue independently and on his own terms. To put it bluntly, Avenyou wants to create something new and refuses to be boxed in. The soundtrack is groovy, sarcastic, dark, humorous, upbeat, poetic, emotional and fuelled by experience. Genre-wise, call it whatever you want because that’s the point.
