Back in the Future have collaborated with artists in the synthwave community such as Marvel83, Quasars, and Timecop1983 and most recently appeared on Synthwave, Vol. 6 with their collaboration 'Close to You'. Time Porters isn’t just the name of their first EP it’s what they do when they aren’t making music. "Our time portal is a sacred key, trusted to us from the last of our elders on our home planet that once flourished in the centre of the Universe. Falling in love in the 2010’s we have decided to call the present home. When needed we move backwards and forwards, in and out of the future, and fight to delay the inevitable destruction of our planet but when times are quiet we make music to unite all nations and generations." Back in the Future is inspired by the wide spread sounds of the 80’s bringing them together in a unique subculture of synthwave music.
