Ball of String are back in 2016 with their latest single "Keys in the Cage".This tight folk rock ensemble, Ball of String, are an up and coming four piece act who have spent the last 12 months writing and perfecting a compact set of songs. Sean's deft and distinct vocal prowess is ably backed by Mitch Clark's unique percussive rhythms, Fearghal Geoghegan's guitar groove and the nimble rumble of Sam Bianchi's bass guitar. Starting out as a duo, Sean and Fearghal began playing a number of showcases and performances in the Brisbane and Ipswich music scenes leading up to an exciting opportunity to play at the Woodford Folk Festival with fRET fEST in 2012. Inspired by other artists that they had met, discovered and enjoyed at the folk fest, Sean and Fearghal sought to expand the act to the four piece it is today.
