Baltic States is the aural manifestation of Stuart Rawlinson's song-writing teamed with a transient roster of musicians who have come together over two albums on two continents in the last two years. Hailing from Lancashire, England via Shanghai and Brisbane, Stuart Rawlinson's sonic explorations in rock have received rave reviews in both print and electronic media with Shanghai 24/7 praising Baltic States latest album 'Astronomy of the Senses' as; "Palatial, pastoral, expansive, and definitely cinematic". Shanghai Online Review said the first album 'Vestiges' was "an incredibly cohesive offering that’s full of so many little moments of delight. Rawlinson’s musical identity always comes through, and it’s his skill for crafting songs that both relate to each other musically and possess their own identity that makes this album really shine."
