Will, Chris, Matt and Dave all met in their small country town high school in early 2005 in the southern regions of Yorke Peninsula in South Australia. They all started going out to Matt's farm house and playing their favourite Greenday and Living End songs and eventually started writing their own music. They have played all around the peninsula in Footy clubs. pubs, cafe's and parties. BANNED have started to try and get involved in the Adelaide rock scene, but due to the fact that Adelaide is 3 hours from their home towns in the Yorke Peninsula, they have only had a few oppertunities to play in Adelaide, which they hope to do more of in the future.
