Bec Bastoli’s folk-infused song writing encapsulates the raw energy of her home, Sydney, and intimate reflections on a life lived – or imagined – there. Her beguiling vocals and intricate string accompaniment bring to life rich layers of intimate verse. In 2015 Bec released her crowdfunded debut EP “Stranger” and since then has appeared at festivals around Australia. “It boggles my mind how talented Rebecca Bastoli is – in such a short time she has mastered both the guitar and mandolin and written some of the most poignant songs I’ve heard in ages.” -Timber and Steel
