A story teller for those who have lost their voice, Bently has always been captivated by the folk heroes of the 60s and 70s - underground voices and the remnants of forgotten vinyl collections. With debut release Nowhere Fast (now available) https://bently.bandcamp.com Bently has produced a 4-track EP that mixes his penchant for folk fundamentals with the soundscapes of modern rock and electronic music. Travelling from the peaks of the Andes, to the slopes of Whistler, it was during his time abroad that Bently developed a love for music that would later influence his songwriting. Widely influenced by his travels, from Seattle grunge to Candian hip hop - Bently has played in bands locally as an MC, producer and guitarist. Stripped back to his guitar, vocals and some ambient electronic production, Bently goes back to his folk roots on his debut solo release.
