Bethany Hassack Singer/songwriter My name is Bethany Hassack and I am a singer/ songwriter. Music has been my passion since I was 8 when I began to learn how to play the violin. I continued to actively play the violin right through until the end of year 12, when I decided to move on to guitar and song writing. I am now 22 years old and have been song writing since I was 18. I currently have a repertoire of around 80 original songs. I write songs with a roots/ ballad style and a melancholy vibe. My influences include Sarah McLachlan, Missy Higgins & the Cranberries. I have been playing open mic nights at various venues around Perth for about the passed 2 years and look forward to performing many more live gigs in the future.
