Big Jumanji songs are packed with punchy guitar hooks, so catchy they could take your eye out. The songwriting is enriched by a range of influences, from the Beatles to the Arctic Monkeys to 80's synth pop. Notable for their genre switching and sense of humor, and featuring multiple vocalists and songwriters, Big Jumanji are united by a love of powerful, meaningful and sometimes cryptic songwriting. The boys hail (mostly) from the town of Upwey, in the picturesque Dandenong ranges. Their debut E.P 'Fatal Origami' was released to good public success including a string of local gigs and also abroad in the North-East of India including at the now international Hornbill Festival. In order of the offensiveness of their haircuts, they are: Gonok Marak (vocals, bass, guitar), Sam Shineberg (lead vocals, bass, guitar, keys), Luke Champion (keys), Danny Watson (guitar, drums) Nick Somervaille (guitar) and Sebastian Shineberg (drums).
