Eora/Sydney artist, Chris Baker, releases an all-new project Big Vacation with debut single ‘Jump Rock’, along with a stunning full-length visualiser which perfectly compliments the warmth and grit of the summer-fuelled single. Big Vacation is an alt pop project naming Nirvana, NOFX, Weezer, Powfu & Beastie Boys as some of the vast range of influences. Alongside producing with indie artists locally and abroad including Jerome Blazé, Mookhi, Pat Carroll, daste., Kid Mac, Gabriel King Houis (NYC) and Hein Cooper to name a select few, the Big Vacation project is a hands-on creation by the artist- the writing, production, mixing, photography, film production and creative direction is all (a) Big Vacation. The process is the art. 'Jump Rock' was written, produced & mixed by Chris Baker and mastered by Matt Curtin (Flume, Dope Lemon, ODESZA).
