Hi I’m Jack-Daniel Hunt (yes, like the drink) AKA Big Whisk, a singer/songwriter from England, based in Perth, Western Australia. I started my music endeavours on a PC, making LoFi beats and eventually moving onto singing. I picked up some software and went to town. My biggest inspiration in music is Marc Rebillet. I’ve always been a big fan of improvisational music, I often make songs in a single take without writing lyrics. I just put on a tune and start singing. Recently though, I took an interest in hip-hop and I've been putting most of my effort into that. I can't freestyle, but I enjoy writing rhymes and trying to create a good flow while telling a story. I want to take an aspect of Marc Rebillet's funk and also hit that Aussie Hip-Hop sound. Sometimes its one more than the other... aaaand sometimes its just emotional Aussie rap!
