Binary Circus is an Australian 3 piece rock band from Brisbane, Queensland. Formed in 2010, band members include brothers John and Darryl Fink on Guitar/Vocals and Bass respectively and Greg Birrell on drums. Binary Circus takes subtle influences from rock outfits such as Nirvana, QOTSA, Biffy Clyro and Arctic Monkeys to create complex, melodic tunes that range from indie rock to post-grunge with subtle blues undertones Five years after forming, Binary Circus have overcome personal setbacks and a identity crisis of late to arrive at a point that is truly exciting for the band. They are writing more than ever and have a purpose and direction that was previously less evident. Binary Circus will be putting their best foot forward in mid to late 2015 with the upcoming release of their new single, Storm, through The A&R Department. According to the band, Storm is “some of our best songwriting to date”.
