Black Ice started in the small town of Noosa with three childhood friends playing broken battered old instruments in a garage full of hoarded junk. Soon came to pass where they were kicked out of two houses for 'being too loud'. They began simple with a few covers and have slowly merged there way into making loud yet idealistic original songs about rock 'n' roll, wizards and even people 'itching' about their music. Black Ice first began bursting open mic shows at their local entertainment centre and are slowly making their way known in the Noosa music scene and recently have began recording their first five song EP which is also available for free download (more info on release).

Your strapped in to a high performance vehicle with your woman by your side as you hurtle towards the next corner. The road looks normal apart from an almost inpercievable extra sheen across its surface. As you slew the car into the corner the tires break away and you are whipped into a four wheel slide! That is like the explosive adrenalin rush of a Black Ice set. Pounding drums, catchy guitar riffs and bluesy vocals combined with an interesting blend of musical styles ranging from funk, jazz, blues and hard rock, create a unique sonic blend for your listening pleasure. The fun and excitement of Black Ice can be just a click away
