Black Royale formed in 2006, with members from Sydney Indie bands A Little Revolution and Lady Peroxide. They spread the message of romance through dreamscape melodies, quivering tempos and farcical concepts. Their live shows combine the tasty essence of chocolate fondue and the fumes of burnt vinyl to create the ultimate theatrical experience. The game of Chinese whispers has already spread the word from Sydney to Bunbury with punters asking 'Who is Black Royale purple monkey dishwasher........?' Just ask the man wearing the potato sack on the park bench in Mildura, they are the Lotus of the NOW! Black Royale have been gigging like there's no tomorrow and over the last 6 months have played at: The Annandale Hotel, Candy's Apartment, The Excelsior Hotel, The Lansdowne, The Gaelic Club, Ruby Rabbit, The Mandarin Club, The Agincourt and Macquari Uni's Sam Bar. They have recently recorded a single "Noah and the Narc" at Origami Studios, mixed at Pulse and Mastered at Sterling Sound
