Blacksmith
Emerging from the heart of Sydney, Blacksmith deliver their own blend of traditional heavy metal and 70's rock n' roll swagger, injecting the grooves of Black Sabbath and Iron Maiden with a super-charged dose of Van Halen. Anchored in the blues, the band have been compared to Deep Purple, Diamond Head and Witchfinder General.
Blacksmith - the Band... Formed as "Blacksmith" in 2011, the band members have been friends and collaborated together on musical projects for well over a decade. Previously perforning as "Mr D" and "Tribute" with most of the same members, there is a strong musical bond and friendship which has formed between members which provides Blacksmith with the tight, well-rehearsed edge to their blues rock based performances.
